Returns & Exchanges

Gold Coast Dyes is small, one-woman dye studio with a made-to-order process. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the size guides carefully to ensure you will get items that fit exactly as you'd like them to in order to avoid surprises.

But... we're human! If we make a mistake, like sending the wrong size by accident (which almost never happens by the way!) we are happy to offer an exchange. Please send us a message so that we can make it right.

All of our items are checked for quality before the dyeing process begins. Because photos on a screen do not accurately portray colors exactly as they are in person, please note that the coloring of your items may vary ever-so-slightly from the images in the post.

Remember, it's tie dye! Due to the nature of tie dye, expect variations in patterns and color tones, as dye lot variation is a natural part of the process. Items will be similar but not exactly identical. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
